9D Breathwork – A cutting-edge, multisensory breathwork experience using advanced sound technology as therapy, it combines binaural beats, isochronic tones, hypnotic therapy, NLP, and guided breath patterns to activate the nervous system, release emotional blockages, and rewire subconscious patterns. Unlike standard breathwork, 9D engages both the conscious and subconscious mind, unlocking profound clarity, healing, and transformation. Headphones are used for enhanced experience.

 

Soma+IQ™ Breathwork – An embodied blend of breathwork, bodywork, and trauma-informed coaching to release deep-seated stress, regulate the nervous system, and restore emotional resilience. It is a guided experience focused on lasting balance, clarity, and personal empowerment.
 

Somatic Therapies & Nervous System Work – Gentle, body-based techniques that restore balance and help integrate deep emotional shifts through your ongoing somatic practices.

 

Visualization & Clarity SessionsIntuitive, real-time guided meditations help you calm your nervous system, reconnect with your inner knowing, and gain clarity around a decision, desire, or creative block. No breathwork—just presence, intention, and soul-guided insight.

Happy Breathwork Session

I had my first 9d session with Elizabeth and it was wonderful. I had looked into it a little bit before hand but wasn’t sure what exactly to expect. Elizabeth welcomed me into her studio which is very calming and inviting ms we went over what I could expect and she answered all the questions I had. 

I have tried different meditations and breath work before but this was the first time I was really able to be present and turn my mind off. There was a feeling of relief and relaxation. 

After the session I felt very calm but also like I had a runners high. 

I recommend this practice to anyone who wants to unplug and relax.
